• Trash is an additional $5 per month.
• You may add our special cable package (70+ channels & HBO) for $45/month (a HUGE savings over purchasing it directly).
• To reserve your apartment home, we will need a non-refundable application fee of $40 (which covers the cost of your approval process) and we'll need a non-refundable Administration fee of $149.
• Security deposits are dependant upon your credit. With approved credit, you may not have to pay a security deposit at all!
• Pets are WELCOME! The pet fee is $300. Breed restrictions do apply. Please note that the pet fee is non-refundable and due at the time that you sign your lease.
• We do offer a washer and dryer rental program - just ask about it when you sign your lease!
